We Have Been Everywhere & Nowhere
This is just June's newsletter. YouTube, BTS, video games, and more books.
BTS TAKEOVER — for the past two months BTS has been everywhere. YouTube, Spotify and Pinterest and Instagram.
Didn’t even know that RM, JK, Jimin, & V were done with their military service last week. And their 10th anniversary was around the same time. I’m glad they are back. Just waiting for Suga to be discharged.
Can you change your life in 6 months? No one actually goes through the experiment of actually changing their life. It’s mostly just here’s how to do it. I found Kiara’s experiment to really answer the question. The answer is yes by the way.
Just more dopamine to end your doomscrolling and more reasons to keep scrolling.
Books have taken over my life.
Bloodmarked was a trauma dump. From revealing secrets to me wondering how Nick still has a foot in the race. Like seriously ain’t no way I would still be with Nick the way Selwyn showed up this book and even in the first book.
Assistant to the Villain is such a fun read. Evie and Trystan were so adorable with the way they fell.
Iron Widow, Heavenly Tyrant— I didn’t know how good this series would be but it didn’t disappoint. I have never read a book where the protagonist just didn’t give a fuck. She didn’t care what happens to her once she goes off to kill Yang, the man who killed her sister. But her not dying after that is where the story takes off. The second book is even more action packed with twists and turns.
Shadow and Bone Series — Although I think the main protagonist wasn’t enough to carry this book alone, Alina did deliver a reliable POV. I was rooting for the Darkling until the second book and Nikolai comes along and steals the whole series. Without this character, the story might would have died.
I have been reading a lot of books where the main protagonist isn’t my favorite character or the POV I want to read from. It’s always the main male character that holds the book together. Maybe I just need to read more of male POVs over the female’s. I can’t remember the last book that was just a male POV.
New Stuff
New Browser — Arc. I like the UI And UX. The AI search is crazy. It’s the UI of the whole thing that makes it unique. Search for something and it will do an animation and search for the relevant information on the subject.
Affine is on the verge of doing something great. Once their mobile app is out of testing, Notion may have some competition. There’s a journal and note taking ability with a canvas where you can make charts and arrange information from a document into sections by the headings.
The Foundation on Apple TV is addicting. It’s rarely a thing for me to find something to watch for more than an hour. But this show has a plot that keeps wanting to know how it all ends.

The world is more connected in so many ways. Instagram. TikTok. Facebook. X. YouTube. Discord. Reddit. Kick. Twitch. LinkedIn. Everyone has some form of social media in their life. Or are you still using snail mail?
Games
Schedule 1 – addicting game. I put in 9 hours on a demo that is probably 2 hours at most. There’s a lot of gameplay from this game that makes you want to sink a lot of time into. The effects of the drugs on your customers keeps the game engaging and mixing random ingredients and naming it some obscure name is the heart of the game.
PS3 Games
Need for Speed Paradise - Been trying to purchase something from this franchise for a minute. Finally go my hands on this and it’s really fun.
Diablo III - Never played a Diablo game before. I wanted to see what the hype was about.
Elder Scroll - Gave this a try and it’s mostly traveling and not dying and remembering to save the game. But fun.
Buy Me A Coffee is Up!!
I have a whole shop of digital planners. I have been just making planners for me to use and I thought why not share it. Some are free. Most are paid. I want to keep everything digital under $10.
I just dropped 3 weekly planner sets. There are book journaling sets. The first set was 2025 calendars.

I been thinking about letting anyone subscribed here on Substack to get a free membership on there. Let me know what you think and are there any digital products that you want to see or have seen but the price is too much. Let’s try to make something for ourselves here. DMs are open.
